Happy 2016!

Other

This is my first post of 2016.  So let my first words be “Thank you.”  Again, to all my readers, thank you for your support.  I appreciate your support of My Drama Tea and your enthusiasm for dramas.  It’s always great to share the experience of dramas together with drama fans.  This year I had views from all over the world, the top number of views being from the US, Singapore and Malaysia.  I wish you a wonderful 2016; I hope it will be a year of growth and discovery for all of us!  🙂

The song I’d like to dedicate to this year is “Wonderful World” (Subarashii Sekai) by FLOWER FLOWER.  The lyrics sum up how I’d like to face 2016:

“Some things don’t work out, but you can’t go back.
If you compare yourself to others, you’ll lag behind before you know it.
If you strive to become that person you admire, you can become that ideal self.
Let’s continue having a hope.

Ah ah, this wonderful world.
Ah ah, is breathing!
Ah ah, if you laugh, is enough to make your light shine.

Try to sigh and expel it so that nothing is left.
Let’s try to step back.
Let’s stop excuses for once.

Lamenting and wreaking never changed anything.
Let’s do a lot of clunky things.
And show me your embarrassed face.

Ah ah, this wonderful world.
Ah ah, is breathing!
Ah ah, unless you give up, the world will be on your side.

Ah Ah, the wonderful world.
Ah Ah, you’re breathing.
Ah ah, if you laugh, is enough to make your light shine.

Try to open up!

Ah ah, this wonderful world.
Ah ah, is breathing!
Ah ah, if you laugh, is enough to make your light shine.

Ah ah, this wonderful world.
Ah ah, is breathing!
Ah ah, unless you give up, the world will be on your side.

Happiness, happiness, casting a spell of magic.
Thank you. Thank you. I want to continue conveying that.

Happiness, happiness, casting a spell of magic.
Thank you. Thank you for your being alive.”
